i have a scroll saw it is the best tool to have for those hard to get places and very vine cuts not a jig saw band saw or dremal will do what a scroll saw can do

You can get electric coping saws, and bandsaws (also called a scroll saw) that are small and sit them on the bench, or at a table so you can sit as you work.

A good jig saw! Dremel tools re essential to finer work as well!

I had radiant heat for many years. All it is, is tubes running through your concrete with cycol or hot water running through them. I had an 80 gallon hot water heater doing the work, but I can’t see any reason why wood cannot heat the water. You should contact a few contractors to see if they can do it for you. Get a scroll saw. Works much better than a jig saw.
It’s entire purpose for existing is making intricate and detailed curved cuts.
You can probably get a cheap one for about $100, but more likely would end up spending more like $200.

Just occurred to me that I don’t know where you are so I came back to this question. My prices are based on US dollars.

In regards to Dune’s answer, a band saw and a scroll saw are NOT the same thing. Although a band saw can cut curves, it is not nearly as capable of intricate cuts as a scroll saw is.
